SQA Oil and Gas

SQA is Scotland’s national qualification authority for the development, accreditation, assessment and certification of qualifications other than degrees.

SQA works in partnership with industry, education and government to develop qualifications that are relevant to the needs of individuals, society and the economy.

SQA qualifications are flexible and adaptable so they can be used in schools, colleges, workplaces and training centres. Stringently quality-assured qualifications are linked to Occupational Standards that are internationally recognised as benchmarks assuring workforce competence and portability.
