Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy

The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland, is the international postgraduate centre for the study of law, policy, economics, business, management, leadership and dispute resolution for energy and natural resources sectors.

In addition to fulltime and distance-learning LLM, MBA, MSc and PhD degrees, the Centre also holds professional development seminars on  financial and risk analysis, licensing and regulations, contracts and negotiations, as well as arbitration and dispute resolution.  These courses are attended by industry professionals from natural resource and energy companies, banks, law, accounting and consultancy firms, international organisations, government ministries, and academia - thus creating a worldwide platform for practical interaction and networking opportunities.

In 2008, the Centre launched an Executive Masters in Oil and Gas Leadership programme which provides executive development events and career-enhancing applied qualifications for senior managers.
